Customers will have to:

• Include your original retailer receipt that clearly shows items purchased and purchase date. For online orders, provide a printed receipt or invoice that clearly shows the items purchased and purchase date.
• Include the full label from Fridge Freezer packaging, which includes the UPC bar code, part number and serial number (8 digit numeral).
• Make a photocopy of your rebate submissions and keep it for your records.
• Limit one (1) rebate per receipt.

Review your rebate submission to verify that it includes:
